Violation of Stay Away Order – Shoplifting – Cited/Arrested

Officers responded to a report of shoplifters. Store security, the witness, reported observing two suspects enter the store and recognized one suspect who currently had a stay away order from the store. The suspects were seen walking around and selecting multiple items before placing them into a shopping cart and walking out of the door without paying. The suspects were detained by security and started an argument, which prompted security to call the police. Hearing that the police had been dispatched, the suspects fled the store. Responding officers searched and located the suspects; a computer check confirmed the stay away order. One suspect was cited the other was arrested.

Officers responded to a report of a detained shoplifter. Store security searched the suspect’s property and discovered multiple stolen items, some which were from another store. Responding officers investigated the incident and cited the suspect for possession of stolen property.

Shoplifting – Cited

Officers responded to a report of a shoplifter. Loss prevention reported that the suspect was observed taking three items and concealing them in her bag. Responding officers investigated the incident and cited the suspect.

Vehicle Violation – Suspended Driver’s License

Officers responded to a report of a driver slumped over pulled over and parked facing the wrong way on the street. Officers located the vehicle and the driver told the officers that he was tired and sleepy so he pulled over and fell asleep. A computer check revealed an expired vehicle registration and a suspended driver’s license. The suspect was cited.

Officers were conducting speed enforcement and observed a vehicle traveling at 57 mph in a 35 mph zone. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that she was never issued a driver’s license. The driver was cited.

Search Warrant – Possession for Sales – Arrested

Officers received information of a suspect selling prescription narcotics and obtained a search warrant. The officers executed the search warrant and located a large amount of evidence related to the sales at the location. The suspect was later located and arrested.

Shoplifting – Burglary Tools – Cited

Officers responded to a report of a shoplifter. Responding officers spoke to the witness, a store employee, who reported that they had caught two suspects shoplifting. However, when they attempted to stop the suspect, one was successfully fled the store. A search revealed several items of store merchandise which were wrapped in aluminum foil. After further investigation, the suspect was cited.

Officers responded to a report a shoplifter. Responding officers spoke to the victim, a store employee, who reported that they observed the suspect attempting to steal several items of merchandise. The employee tried to stop the attempt but was threatened with being punched by the suspect. Fearful, the employee allowed the suspect leave the store. Responding officers located the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was arrested.

Officers responded to a report of a homeless encampment; the victim reported that the suspects had been there for month and one had recently started to make a threatening motion to kick her dog whenever they walked by. Responding officers located the suspect’s tent, which was under several brush trees and a dirt mound. The suspects were advised to exit the tent by the officers but they refused and had to be forcefully removed. The first suspect was identified but the second did not have any type identification on him. After further investigation, one suspect was cited and the other arrested.

Officers responded to a report of a battery. Responding officers spoke to the victim, who reported that he was at the bar and an unknown female complimented him on his hair. Shortly after, an unknown suspect pulled him off his seat and punched him. The suspect and female then fled the location.
