Violation of Restrain Order – Warrant Arrest – Resisting or Delaying Officers – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of threats. The victim reported that the suspect, his brother, had returned and threatened him despite a restraining order. Responding officers located the suspect and successfully placed him in handcuffs despite the suspect’s attempts to hinder them. A computer check confirmed the restraining order and also revealed that the suspect had a warrant for his arrest. The suspect was arrested.
Vehicle Violation – No Driver’s License Issued – Cited

Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle exiting the gas station and driving directly on top of the raised MUNI Tracks before making an illegal left turn. Officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that he had never been issued a driver’s license. The driver was cited.
