Driving without an License – Cited

Officers were conducting a traffic operation and when they observed a vehicle traveling at 47 mph at a 30 mph zone. Officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license was expired. The driver was cited.

Officers were conducting a traffic operation when they observed a vehicle drive by with the driver holding his cell phone up to his ear. Officers conducted a traffic stop and the driver stated he did not have a driver’s license. The driver was cited.

Robbery
45th Ave & Judah St

Officers responded to a report regarding a robbery involving a gun. Responding officers spoke to the victim, who reported that he was approached by two unknown males who ordered him to empty out his pockets. Once the victim complied, he was punched twice in his face. Officers searched but were unsuccessful in locating the suspects. 

Battery
300 Serrano Dr

Officers responded to a report regarding a possible battery. The victim reported that a suspect ran into the elevator that she had just gotten into. When she was about to exit the elevator, the suspect put her arms around her neck for a few seconds but did not get a good grip. The victim screamed and the suspect then fled down the hallway into the stairwell. Officers searched but were unable to locate the suspect.

Officers responded to a report regarding a battery incident. The victim, a store supervisor, reported that the suspect was observed loitering in the store for approximately 15 minutes without bothering to purchase anything. The suspect was asked to leave but the suspect caused a scene before exiting. The suspect then attempted to enter the store again and is believed to have slapped a worker on her arm in the process. As the supervisor and worker did not want to have the suspect arrested, the suspect was advised to not enter the business again to prevent further conflict.
