Officers responded to a report of a shoplifter. The witness, a loss prevention employee, reported that he had seen the suspect pick up multiple pieces of clothing and before placing them inside her bag. The suspect then walked out of the store without paying for the items. Responding officers investigated the incident and cited the suspect.
