Battery – Vandalism

Officers responded to a battery report. The victim stated that he observed the suspect jump on and off the hood of his vehicle before proceeding towards the back of the vehicle to punch the rear of the vehicle. The victim attempted to detain the suspect but a physical altercation ensued. Afterwards, the suspect walked away with two of his friends and the victim followed the suspect until the responding officers arrived. The victim did not want to press charges against the suspect.
