Officers responded to a report of a court order violation. The victim stated that his brother, the suspect, had violated a court order by engaging the victim in an argument, having the victim’s vehicle towed and also throwing away the victim’s food. Responding officers investigated and documented the incident.
Vehicle Violation _ Suspended Driver’s License – Warrant Arrest – Arrested

Officers observed a vehicle blocking a lane of traffic with its hazard lights on and made contact with the driver. The driver stated that he was in the process of looking for a parking spot and did not have his driver’s license on him. However, a computer check revealed that the driver’s license had bee suspended and there were two warrants for his arrest. The driver was arrested.

Officers responded to a court order violation. The witness reported that a known suspect was in front of the business while yelling and throwing things at people as they walked by. Responding officers located and detained the suspect; a computer check confirmed the stay away order. The suspect was cited.

Officers responded to a report of a trespasser. The victim reported a unidentified car located on private property since last night. The victim and owner of the car, the suspect, came to an agreement that the car would be moved by the end of that night. However, when the victim returned the next day, the suspect and vehicle were still on his property. Responding officers located the vehicle and suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was cited and removed.
