Stay Away Order Violation – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a violation. A suspect, with a previous history of the same Stay Away order violation, was in front of a location while swinging a stick around. Responding officers located the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
Driving While Intoxicated – Arrested

Vicente St & 18th Ave
Officers responded to a report of a traffic collision. Driver #2 reported that he was rear ended by driver #1. Driver #2 proceeded to follow driver #1 and was hit again when driver #1 reversed into his vehicle. After further investigation and the failure of a field sobriety test, driver #1 was arrested.
Robbery

The victim entered Taraval Station to report a robbery. The victim reported that he was walking home when two suspects suddenly approached him and pushed him against a wall before taking his property. The suspects then fled the location with the stolen items.
Shoplifting

Officers responded to a report of a shoplifter. The victim reported that the suspect entered the store and stole several pieces of clothing before immediately exiting the store and fleeing. Responding officers searched and located the suspect on a MUNI and detained him after further investigation. However, the victim did not want to press charges and the suspect was released.
