Vehicle Violation – Suspended Driver’s License – Cited

Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle with out a rear license plate. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended.  The driver was cited.

Evading Police Officer

19th Ave & Wawona St
Dispatch informed officers that a suspect’s vehicle that had been use previously in auto burglaries was observed in the area. Travel officers located the vehicle and attempted to follow it. The suspect drove his vehicle erratically and passed over the medium numerous times. At one point, due to the dangerous driving, officers stopped following the suspect.

Stay Away Order – Arrested

Officers responded to a known suspect who had a stay away order from the area. Officers arrived on scene and located the suspect. The officer confirmed that the stay away order was still in effect. The suspect was arrested.

Battery – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a couple arguing. The victim reported that she was upset because the suspect continued to call her mother names while in front of their children. The victim confronted the suspect but the suspect told the victim to leave. The suspect then proceeded to push the victim away and close the door, which pinned her against the doorway and caused injuries. The suspect was located and arrested.

Officers responded to a report of a battery. The suspect reported that she had an argument wit the suspect over his cell phone. The suspect stated that she took the victim’s phone and went into the bathroom to look at it. The victim demanded his phone back but the suspect threw a metal jewelry holder at him. The victim admitted that they had a policy where they could look at each other’s phones but today the suspect grabbed his phone and hid into the bathroom and began throwing things at him when he went to retrieve his phone. Responding officers investigated the incident and arrested the suspect.
