Driving Under the Influence – Arrested

Arch St & Alemany Blvd
Officers responded to a report regarding a driver who came close to running into a pedestrian. Responding officers located and made contact the suspect, who was asleep inside his vehicle while music was loudly playing inside the car. A bottle of alcoholic beverage was also observed inside the vehicle. The suspect was unable to produce a driver’s license but a records check revealed that the license was suspended. The suspect refused to perform a sobriety test and was transported to SF General Hospital to conduct a blood test. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested for driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license.

Officers responded to a report regarding a possible shoplifting incident. Responding officers spoke to the witness, an asset protection employee, who stated that the suspect was observed selecting multiple items of store merchandise before entering the fitting room with them. The suspect was then observed to leave the fitting room stall with fewer items compared to the total she entered with. As the suspect exited the store, multiple employees confronted and detained her. Officers conducted a records check which revealed that there two warrants for her arrest. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.

Officers were on patrol when they observed a vehicle without license plates. Officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle. Officers asked the driver for his license but he stated that he did not have one. After further investigation, the driver was cited for driving without a license.

Threats – Domestic Violence – Arrested

Officers responded to a report regarding a well-being check on a possible domestic violence victim. Responding officers spoke to the victim, who denied that there was any trouble and also did not require any action from the officers. Afterwards, however, the victim called the officers again and reported that her husband had threatened her earlier. After further investigation, the suspect was placed under arrest due to his violent behavior and verbal abusiveness.  Officers obtained a restraining order for the victim against the suspect.

Domestic Violence – Arrested

Officers responded to a report regarding a domestic violence incident. Responding officers spoke to the victim, who reported that her boyfriend had arrived home drunk and they had gotten into an argument earlier. The victim also reported that the suspect had physically abused her multiple times that day. After further investigation, a restraining order was granted for the victim against the suspect and the suspect was arrested for domestic violence.

Officers responded to a report regarding a report of battery. Responding officers spoke to the victim who reported that she had taken away her son’s electronics because he did not do his homework. The victim stated that her son responded by throwing an unknown object at her, which struck her on her head and caused bleeding. However, the victim did not believe that the injury was intentional and declined to press charges.

Officers responded to a report regarding a traffic accident. Responding officers assisted both drivers in the transfer of information but discovered that one driver did not have a driver’s license. The driver was cited.

Domestic Violence

Officers met with the victim on a report of domestic violence. Responding officers spoke to the victim, who reported that her boyfriend was upset because he thought she had damaged his laptop and punched her in the face multiple times. The victim stated that she told the suspect to leave and not return. However, later in the day, the victim stated that the suspect appeared outside her apartment and threatened to kill her, while holding a hammer, if she did not agree to pay him for the computer damages. A restraining order was granted for the victim against the suspect.

Officers responded to a report regarding a restraining order violation. The victim reported that her ex boyfriend had called her, which violated a restraining order. Officers confirmed the restraining order and a records check on the suspect revealed that the suspect was currently in custody.
