Battery – Annoying Phone Calls – Detained

Officers responded to a report of a battery incident. The victim, a personal trainer, reported that the suspect, a member, had been constantly calling her, following her around at work and hugged her without her consent. The victim admitted to previously having gone out with the suspect twice but that they were not dating. Responding officers detained and advised the suspect that their membership had been revoked due to his behavior.

Violation of Restraining Order – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a violation of a restraining order. The officers arrived on scene and observed a known suspect carrying a pole. The officers knew that the suspect had a restraining order which prohibited the suspect from carrying any type of pole or sticks. The suspect was arrested.

Violation of Stay Away – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a stay away order. The victim told the officers that the suspect, her mother, had a stay away order from her. Today the suspect came to the victim’s door and started knocking and screaming. Responding officers located and detained the suspect. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested. 

Assault

Officers responded to a report of an assault. The victim told the officers that he had just gotten off the bus when an Uber driver suddenly drove around him and the bus in an unsafe manner. The victim yelled out to the driver and flipped him off which caused the driver to yell at the victim in return. The victim walked up to the window to confront the suspect but the suspect pepper sprayed the victim in his face before immediately fleeing the location.

Battery – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim told the officers that she heard the doorbell ring and the suspect, her ex, was standing by the door. The suspect continued to ring the door bell multiple times until the victim opened the door. Once the door opened, the suspect suddenly pushed the victim and demanded money. The victim refused, which caused the suspect to leave without further incident. Responding officers detained the suspect and a computer check revealed that he had a restraining order. The suspect was arrested.
