Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle without front license plates. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. The driver was cited.

23rd Ave & Moraga St
Officers responded to a report of a suspicious activity. Officers arrived on scene and observed a retired police lieutenant detaining the suspect, who was a juvenile. The witness stated that there were two suspects and they were both were observed looking into several parked vehicles. Shortly after, one of the suspects suddenly grabbed a phone from a nearby victim and both suspects immediately ran from the area. However, one suspect was successfully detained. Upon questioning, the suspect stated that he was on probation for a previous robbery and would have been able to successfully stolen the victim’s phone and gotten away if his shoes were tied. After further investigation, the remaining suspect was cited.
