Burglary – Vandalism – Arrested

400 Arch St
Officers responded to a report of a burglary. The victim reported that the suspect had made entry through an unlocked door and went into the victim’s bedroom where he started throwing items around the room and breaking items. The stated that she recognized the suspect as a neighbor from across the street. Responding officers detained the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was arrested.

Robbery

28th Ave & Kirkham St
Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim reported that he had just gotten off the bus and was walking home when he was approached by two suspects. One suspect pointed at firearm at the victim and demanded his property.  After the victim fearfully gave the suspects his valuables, the suspects immediately fled the location. 

Assault – Threats – Arrested

1900 Ocean Ave
Officers responded to a report of a fight. The victim reported that he was lying on the ground and relaxing when an old friend, the suspect, approached and demanded that the victim leave. The suspect threatened to harm the victim and proceeded to hit him with a metal baton. Responding officers located and detained the suspect. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested. 

Trespassing – Cited

2300 Noriega St
Officers responded to a report of a suspect jumping into the back yard that was adjacent to a Safeway store. Officers arrived on scene and located the suspect, who was still stuck in the tress. The suspect was cited.

Assault
10:59 am
47th Ave & Moraga St
Officers responded to a report of an assault. The victim reported that he had been drinking at a local bar and was walking home when he stopped to rest at a stoop at a nearby house and fell asleep. The victim was awoken when the suspect approached and asked if he knew the owners of the house where he was resting at. The victim stood up and continued walking home and replied that the suspect could call the police if he was concerned. The suspect responded by quickly approaching and punched him in his stomach. The victim continued his walk home but discovered that he could not find his keys. The victim turned around to walk back to look for his keys but the suspect again approached him and punched him on his eyes and kicking the victim after he fell to the floor. The suspect then fled in an unknown direction.
